We are NOT gourmet chefs.

We are NOT students in the culinary arts.

We do NOT claim to be able to cook better food than those restaurants we review.

We are just ordinary joes who love food.

We are paying customers who pay attention to our taste buds.

We just love food and want to share our experience of good eats and warn others of bad dishes.

Will this blog publish sugar-coated frosty reviews for food eaten? NO.

Will all reviews always be a bright ray of sunshine and full of positive energy? NO.

Will we do as our mother say and shut up when we can’t say anything nice at all? NO.

If you are not happy with what we got to say, what can you do?

1. Don’t read our blog.

2. Start your own blog refuting what we say. It’s ok. We respect what you gotta say, so respect ours.

Batchoy – Bar21. We did an article on it already.

For the more daring, Logrosinco near the bacolod public cemetery should be right up your alley.

Super Batchoy House at Cuadra St has the best batchoy IMO :) They even serve them with bone marrow (utok). Yummmmm!!!

Thanks for telling us. We’ll try it when we’re in the mood for batchoy. For ambiance, Bar21 is good too. (also with utok.)

For a fun experience, the best place to go to is logrosingco. It’s a little bamboo hut in front of the Bacolod city cemetery. People joke that their batchoy tastes so good because whenever their soupstock needs replacing, they just dig up a grave for a fresh supply of marrow and brains! Lol

    For quantity

try Bacolod chicken inasal (acacia grill).

They have an eat all you can buffet of chicken inasal.

    For quality

Aida’s chicken inasal at reclamation area (beside sm)

That place is not serving the Eat-All-You-Can any longer. Too bad.

But I think there is there is this BLC in Magsaysay St. (if I am not mistaken), that serves the same. Both restos might be owned by a single person. =)
