The Bacolod Food hunters recently made reservations for a 10 person lunch at Mushu with some of the house specialties.

The food was great and not a trace of MSG was to be found anywhere. The food was all gobbled up in the blink of an eye.
Now here’s what we ordered: Martin admits that he was too lazy to remember the names of what he got so we’ll have to be content with the photos.

Okay now here’s the Bacolod food hunter’s absolute favourite.. Mushu’s special fried tofu. God damn. This dish is ABSOLUTELY FUCKING wonderful, it could give the Mona Lisa an orgasm.

It was so damn good that at first Martin thought that he was eating cubes of fried dory. the texture, the taste, the feel of the fried tofu in your mouth is so damn heavenly. JP Anglo, man if you’re reading this, You are a GOD among chefs.
We had an excellent fish dish too, smothered in mushrooms and in an excellent sauce.
